I represent many pension and benefit plans that are regulated by the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act (ERISA). While the bulk of my practice in this area is advising the Trustees of these funds in all aspects of their fiduciary responsibilities and the lawful operation of their funds, I also represent beneficiaries in obtaining the benefits they are entitled to receive from both public and private pension and health plans.
